The Shane Thurston Giving Fund is a fund that is open and available to students K – 12 to get up to $500 for Tutoring Hours, Art/Music Program Tuition, or Art/Music supplies. The Giving Fund was opened with the first round of funds raised at our 1st Annual Golf Tournament in 2021 which totaled $40,000.
We are so excited to announce the addition of $144,000 to the Giving Fund from the net proceeds of the 2022 Golf Tournament.
Bears for Brilliance
Bears for Brilliance is a program that is being fully rolled out in 2023 to provide a bear for each sponsorship recipient that would like to receive one. They have a Burden Bear card attached as shown below. This is all possible because of the generous founding donor, Cactus Tools, who provided the first $5,000 to be allocated to this program. We are so thankful for their amazing support.
